Sudoku Elite Account Deletion
Sudoku Elite can be played without creating a linked account. If you choose to link an account with Google or Apple to save progress across devices, you can request deletion of that account and the cloud data associated with it.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Sudoku Elite.
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Account or Backup section.
- Select Delete account and cloud data.
- Follow the confirmation steps.
This is the fastest way to delete your account because it verifies that you are signed in to the account you want to delete.

In your message, include the Google or Apple sign-in email you used for Sudoku Elite, if known. Do not send passwords, payment details, screenshots of payment cards, or other sensitive information.
What we delete
When your account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymize account-linked data controlled by Skadence Interactive for Sudoku Elite, including:
- Your optional linked Sudoku Elite account record
- Cloud save and progress backup data
- Daily challenge and streak backup data
- Statistics backup data
- Cloud hint wallet data
- Server-side account data associated with your Sudoku Elite account
- RevenueCat customer data associated with your Sudoku Elite app user ID, where technically available
What we do not delete
Deleting your Sudoku Elite account does not delete data controlled by Apple, Google, or other third parties, including:
- App Store or Google Play purchase records
- Payment records handled by Apple or Google
- Store account records
- Records that Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase, or other providers must retain for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons
Deleting your account does not automatically refund purchases or cancel any store-managed subscription. Manage purchases, refunds, and subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Local data on your device
Deleting your account removes cloud account data. It may not remove local data stored on a device where Sudoku Elite is installed. To remove local app data from your device, delete the app or use your device's app storage settings.
Verification and processing
We may need to verify that you control the account before processing a deletion request. We usually process deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
